Time & Schedule Of Meeetings
- The general meeting shall be held at least bi-monthly
- The day shall be last Sunday of the month at designated place as agreed to in the Association form its
equivalent
- The time shall be as may be indicated on the notice of the Meeting
- The meeting shall be held on rotational basis at members'residence as may be agreed
- Annual general meeting may be held at any time of the year as may be agreed to simple majority of the
members present at a meeting where such is discussed
